We do our best to serve you and to deliver the orders that you placed. As it may happen that some of the order can’t be processed on time and may cancel. This situation might occur as of some cause like product quantity; out of stock of the product or can, it may be our department of credit and fraud avoidance.
Our customer service representative will contact you if any cancellation happens regarding the order even if it was a part of your order which was canceled. If there has been any cancellation of your order and the payment has been done by credit card, the deducted amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.

Non-Receipt of Payment

As of the orders which are unpaid take that as canceled.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel the order kindly contact our customer service. On the confirmation of canceling the order the amount of the order will be refunded back, only when the order is not processed by our team. As of the policy, we can’t cancel the orders when the order has been processed or shipped out by our team. Sometimes that can be done within 12 hours of the order placement.

Refunds

If the payment has been done by Credit Card, the deducted amount will be refunded back to the credit card account. If the payment has been done by Check/ Money order, then we will refund that amount by Check/ Money order if that has not been deposited and the Check/ Money order will be sent to customers billing address.
Generally, the refund amounts are been processed not more than 10 working days. In the situation of payments by Check or Money order it will take more time than other payments as the check or money order to be delivered to the billing address of the Customer, and then the amount of the order will credit to your account after you submit the check to your respected bank account.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for the late credit amount in your credit card account as they are managed by their cardholder issuing bank.

Reshipment and Lost orders

The reshipment process can be done if the customer notifies us within a time frame of 8 weeks from the shipping date of any lost order. There shall be no reshipment or refund if the customer will notify us after the given time frame of 8 weeks. The reshipment of any order will take place if it is not delivered in standard given time frame but for which it has some conditions to follow that are:
1. As the standard delivery time passes with extra 7 days to the date of shipment.
2. The address should be correct that you given along placing the order.
The replacement of the order will be charged in case you have given the wrong address, then our billing team will get back to you along with the refund details till the original order is reached to us. The refund amount process will take up to weeks to months as the return shipping has not be paid.

Complete Satisfaction

In the event that if you are disappointed with any of our items at that point they can feel free to contact our customer service team. If unexpectedly our customer representative cannot solve the issue you are facing, in that case, we will give complete replacement or refund the money.
